We are looking for an Integrity Program (IP) Assessor (m/f/d)

Job Location: Country of operation (Europe, Australia or New Zealand) 
Type of Job: Freelance 
Date of Entry: Subject to the successful completion of the selection process

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance assessments of certification bodies (offices and producers) around the world, according to the requirements of the GLOBALG.A.P. Integrity Program (IP).
  • Provide technical, administrative and operational support to the IP Team leader on global, as well as local tasks on request (e.g. provide technical support to the development of the GLOBALG.A.P. General Regulations and Control Points, conduct follow up assessments to investigate complaints and integrity issues, etc.)

Your profile

  • Comply with GLOBALG.A.P. IFA Crops V5 auditor qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of GLOBALG.A.P. General Regulations and Control Points
  • Additional approval for add-ons (GRASP, Nurture, etc.) and other scopes (Livestock, Aquaculture) is an advantage
  • Excellent written, technical and verbal communication skills in English. Additional global language is an advantage
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent auditing skills
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Appreciation and understanding of agricultural technical issues including food safety and sustainability
  • Able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Able to work under different climate conditions
  • Excellent conflict management skills
  • Results-oriented
  •  3+ years’ experience as a GLOBALG.A.P. Auditor
  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in the agriculture industry
  • Strong technical background in agriculture related to crops. Additional experience with livestock and or aquaculture is an advantage
Other Requirements
  • Located in Europe, Australia or New Zealand
  • High flexibility to travel extensively all around the world
  • Driver’s license is necessary
