Team Leader Stakeholder Relations (m/f/d)
The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by FoodPLUS GmbH; a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. FoodPLUS GmbH is responsible for managing the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions and the related day-to-day operations – from standard setting and certification management to integrity and marketing. FoodPLUS GmbH also serves as the legal entity holding the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label which stands for certified, responsible farming and transparency.
We are looking for a Team Leader Stakeholder Relations (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately.
What you will do:
- Lead the Stakeholder Relations team with regards to employee, budget and task management
- Develop an action plan to achieve the goals of the department, in line with the company strategy
- Ensure the delivery of solutions and services according to the needs of key accounts and in coordination with the different departments in the organization
- Enable your team to develop a complete understanding of our stakeholder needs and lead them to add value in our interactions
- Present progress reports to management team and internal stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Degree in the field of business studies, agricultural economics with a marketing or sales focus; or equivalent
- 5 years of practical experience in a similar position and min. 2 years experience in managing employees
- Proficient in English (C1 level); any other European languages are beneficial
- Able to travel internationally
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong results orientation
