Certification Integrity Program Assessor (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Certification Integrity Program Assessor (m/f/d)

Job Location: Country of operation (Latin America)

• Conduct surveillance assessments of certification bodies (offices and producers) around the world, according to the requirements of the GLOBALG.A.P. Integrity Program (IP).
• Provide technical, administrative and operational support to the IP Team coordinator on global, as well as local tasks on request (e.g. provide technical support to the development of the GLOBALG.A.P. standards, conduct follow up assessments to investigate complaints and integrity issues, etc.)

Qualifications

• Comply with GLOBALG.A.P. IFA Crops Version 5 or IFA Plants Version 6 QMS auditor qualifications, including previous auditing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GLOBALG.A.P. IFA General Regulations and Principles and Criteria, and GRASP and/or Nurture add-ons’ requirements.
• Additional approval for other add-ons (SPRING, FSMA, etc.) and other scopes (Aquaculture) is an advantage

Skills

• Very good written, technical and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Additional global language is an advantage (e.g. French, Italian, German)
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent auditing skills and precise attention to detail
• Appreciation and understanding of agricultural technical issues including food safety and sustainability
• Able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team
• Able to work under different climate conditions
• Excellent conflict management skills and results-oriented

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience as GLOBALG.A.P. Auditor
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in the agriculture industry
• Strong technical background in agriculture related to crops. Additional experience with aquaculture and/or livestock is an advantage

• Located in Latin America
• High flexibility to travel extensively all around the world
• Driver's license
