For our Marketing Communications Team we are looking for a Social Media/Community Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (39 h/week) to start immediately. The Marketing Communications Team is responsible for articulating and implementing a holistic communication strategy (B2B/B2C) delivering on company identified priorities and targets.   

Your responsibilities

  • Develop an integral social media approach (B2B focus) based on strategic company goals
  • Create, implement, and manage customised social media content (emphasis on LinkedIn)
  • Monitor channels, control the dialogue, and take part in constructive interaction with users (community management)
  • Analyze activities and present reports to the management showcasing the outcome of all efforts
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure relevant and effective measures are in place
  • Leverage social media insights to support the management and implementation of marketing campaigns

Your profile

  • Degree in the field of communication, media, (digital) marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the management of professional social media accounts
  • Particularly expertise with LinkedIn, or at least a strong affinity for this platform
  • Proficient in English as well as either German or Spanish (C1 level for all)
  • High-level communication and problem-solving skills
  • Open-minded character which understands that a strong team spirit is a natural component of success
