GLOBALG.A.P. is a brand of smart farm assurance solutions developed by FoodPLUS GmbH in Cologne, Germany, with cooperation from producers, retailers, and other stakeholders from across the food industry. These solutions include a range of standards for safe, socially, and environmentally responsible farming practices. The most widely used GLOBALG.A.P. standard is Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA), applicable for fruit and vegetables, aquaculture, floriculture, livestock, and more. This standard also forms the basis for the GGN label: The consumer label for certified, responsible farming and transparency.

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple organizational teams in the development of a wide range of creative materials that include but are not limited to online and print advertisements, web pages and banners, presentations, invitations, trade fair booth schematics, etc.
- Partner in the ongoing creative direction of the company and stand as the gatekeeper of it, across all brand assets and channels
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout the design process
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Stay current with design trends and incorporate them into work as needed
- Maintain and support the structure and organization of our ‘Graphic and Media Design’ library
Your profile
- Vocational or academic degree in communication design or equivalent, followed by min. 2 years’ graphic design experience (demonstrated by a portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects)
- Expertise in developing interactive digital assets such as animation, gifs and videos; photographic/video capabilities desired
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web; QA (Quality assurance) design for error
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Proficient in English (C1 level), additional knowledge of German or Spanish is beneficial
- Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to internal stakeholders
- Highly organized, open-minded person with willingness to learn and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
